Seeking Black Women to Talk About Their Health Need
We are conducting interviews with Black Women and their healthcare providers to develop a group community-empowered approach to Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) care. We want to learn about your sexual health and healthcare needs. This research is being conducted by Drs. Natasha Crooks and Randi Singer with UIC Nursing.
Eligibility
• Age 18 or older and identify as a Black woman
• Interested, have taken, or are currently on PrEP
Interview
• Remote, approximately 60 minutes, audio-recorded, one-on-one interview hosted over the secure UIC Zoom platform
Compensation
• Participants will be compensated $50 for their time and contributions

We are conducting interviews with Black Women and their healthcare providers to inform a community-empowered approach to Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) care. We want to learn about you talk about sexual health and PrEP with Black women.

• 90 minute, audio-recorded group discussion on sexual health practices
